What to Tell Us in Your First Message
You do not need to know which treatment you want. Five things get you booked in one exchange instead of six.
- Where you are. A building or hotel name and the area is enough to start.
- When. Now, or a time later today, or a day this week.
- How long. 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
- What you need. A treatment name if you know one — or just describe the problem. “My lower back has been bad for a month” tells us more than a treatment name does, and we will match the therapist to it.
- Any preference. A male or female therapist, a language, or a therapist you have had before, by name.
If you are in a hotel, send the room number when you confirm rather than in your first message.

How Fast We Answer, and How Fast We Arrive
Messages are answered within minutes at any hour. There is no overnight queue and no “we will check in the morning” — therapists are on shift, not just a chat line.
Once you confirm, a therapist reaches you in 30 to 40 minutes anywhere in Dubai, often sooner in Downtown, Business Bay and Dubai Marina. Before anyone is dispatched you receive the therapist’s name, the treatment, the duration, the total price and an arrival window, in writing.
If we cannot meet the time you need, we tell you straight away and give you the earliest we genuinely can. We do not confirm bookings we cannot fill.

Nothing to Pay When You Book
No deposit. No prepayment. No card held.
You pay when the session ends — cash in any currency at the day’s exchange rate with no handling fee, Visa or Mastercard debit and credit, bank transfer, Botim transfer, Ziina or Stripe.
AED 450 for 60 minutes · AED 600 for 90 minutes · AED 700 for 120 minutes. Couples and four-hands sessions use two therapists and are double.
